By accessing or using Callassi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Callassi is an AI-powered voice assistant service that places phone calls on your behalf. The Service includes:

• AI-assisted phone calls to contacts you specify
• Test mode for previewing AI behavior (free)
• Live call mode for placing real phone calls (paid)
• Call transcription and logging

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account and caller profile
• Only place calls to contacts who have consented to receive AI-assisted calls, or to businesses
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding phone calls, including telemarketing and recording consent laws
• Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

4. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of Callassi are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination of your account:

• Deception or fraud: Using the Service to deceive, mislead, or defraud others, including misrepresenting the nature of the AI assistant or impersonating real individuals
• Spam or unsolicited calls: Making bulk unsolicited calls, robocalls, or any form of spam calling
• Illegal activity: Using the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to harassment, threats, extortion, or violating telemarketing laws
• Adult or explicit content: Using the Service for calls involving pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content
• Hate speech or discrimination: Using the Service to promote hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Harassment or abuse: Using the Service to harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any person

5. Billing and Payments

Test mode calls are free. Live calls use a credits system where one credit equals one call (up to 15 minutes). By placing a live call, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

6. Call Recording and Transcription

All calls made through the Service may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the person you are calling.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated speech
• Failed or dropped calls
• Misunderstandings or miscommunications during calls
• Any consequences resulting from calls placed through the Service

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
