All calls made through Callassi are recorded and transcribed to provide you with call logs and transcripts. Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you and authorized Callassi personnel for support purposes.

You may request deletion of your call recordings at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: With vendors who assist us in providing the Service
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
